Mediawiki:Sidebar
Because of this exchange between Amir and Feeglgeef, I took the emergency decision of protecting to admins only the sidebar. I really didn't want to, but I felt it was necessary to intervene.
I would like to pass on to the community all the necessary decisions about what to write and when to unprotect the sidebar, I will personally refrain from any other action, unless community asks me to do so. Sannita (WMF) (talk) 14:28, 9 January 2025 (UTC)
- The emergency de-sysop of Feeglgeef should prevent further reverts. Any page in the MediaWiki namespace is by default only editable for admins. Both Feeglgeef (as a local admin) and Amir (as a global admin) had these rights. --Ameisenigel (talk) 14:38, 9 January 2025 (UTC)
