Wikifunkcje to projekt Wikimedia umożliwiający wspólne tworzenie i utrzymywanie biblioteki funkcji kodów wspierających projekty Wikimedia i nie tylko, w językach naturalnych oraz językach programowania z całego świata.
„Funkcja” to ciąg instrukcji w języku programowania, który wykonuje obliczenia na podstawie danych, które dostarczasz. Funkcje mogą odpowiadać na pytania, takie jak: ile dni minęło między dwoma datami lub jaka jest odległość między dwoma miastami.
Obecnie koncentrujemy się głównie na funkcjach związanych z leksemami z Wikidanych. Dane leksykograficzne z Wikidanych oraz funkcje do ich przetwarzania są kluczowe dla celu, jakim jest Abstract Wikipedia. Dostępny jest samouczek na temat tego, jak Wikifunkcje mogą być obecnie używane z Wikidanymi.

- reverse string (Z10012): Inverts the order of the characters in a String (see Z10548 for one with Unicode grapheme support)
- Get day of week from date (Z13163): returns the day of week when given a date as year, month, and day of month
- age (Z20756): returns the difference between two dates on the Gregorian calendar in years
- how many days between two days in the year (Z20733): number of days (non-inclusive) between two days of the year
- is Gregorian year leap year? (Z20181): returns True if the specified year in the Gregorian calendar (the one currently used in most parts of the world) has 366 days (February 29th added), and False if the year has 365 days
- Bayes' theorem conditional probability P(A|B) (Z20000): The probability of A occurring given that B is known to have occurred. Given by Bayes' theorem: P(A|B) = P(A)*P(B|A)/P(B)
- minimum of natural number list (Z19509): returns the smallest element from a list of natural numbers; if the list is empty, returns 0.
- simple tense of verb (Z19514): returns simple tense of inputted verb
