Meta or local

It might be good to simply point to Meta-wiki for the "Main" version of many of these standard user-groups (m:User groups), instead of replicating too much of the content (and translations) locally. That's what Wikidata does (d:Wikidata:User access levels) for a few of the standard groups, when they don't differ from the defaults. Ping FYI @Terasail as you helpfully created this page! Sure, that makes sense. I just went through the list and created a header for each and sectioned them. I am going to create blank pages for groups listed on mw:Help:Wikifunctions/User rights and then let it develop from there. It was just the page that made sense to make first.
