Please make the banner in the Sitenotice translatable, maybe via a template (perhaps {{Sitenotice/Wikifunctions is a new project}}?).
This is an important piece of text for translation because it is at the top of each page and its appearance in the language suitable for the reader affects the comfort in the first steps.
