Account creators are users who hold the accountcreator user group. There are currently 0 account creators on Wikifunctions.
Overview
The account creator user right grants access to a tool which permits trusted Wikifunctions contributors to make a large number of accounts for other people who request them. All administrators have the account creator user right by default.
