If you need to know about me, see my Wikidata/Commons/en-wiki userpages. If you like puzzles, this is my character: .
Functions of special interest
- csv record to wikitable row (Z10919)
- unescape named HTML characters (Z10938)
- English plural (Z11089)
- is SMILES notation (Z11208) PAWS analysis
- is identity relation over elements of list (Z13419)
Using Wikifunctions to check Wikidata
This seems like a possible early application of Wikidata. Some examples:
- use is SMILES notation (Z11208) to check whether values of wikidata:Property:P233 assigned to molecules are validly formatted
- use English plural (Z11089) to check whether English noun lexemes have a matching plural form
Possible systems:
- A gadget that runs the Wikifunction when you are on the Wikidata item, and puts a tick or cross next to the value, depending on whether the format/value matches the expectation
- A mass analysis system where a whole sparql-query worth of items are checked against the WF values (built into the WDQS?). The Formcheck tool below seems to do this for Lexemes.
Not currently working
- object equality, composition (Z13053)
- get value from key, composition (Z13176)
- split list into a list of two ~equal length lists (Z13224)
- list with two matches (Z13453) [1]
- replace list of fruits with alphabetical index list (Z13723) [2]
- is permutation, python (Z12869)
- remove U+FEFF (Z14145)
- test extracting list of function language options, without the default (Z14389) needs to either improve or replace object equality
