Disconnected implementations
This function is relied upon by many a Test case (Z20) so its performance is particularly important. @WikiLambda system has been promoting implementations with worse performance, presumably because all the test cases for this function pass with those implementations (even though the validity of the test case has been challenged and it is disconnected for that reason). I shall file a Bug Report in due course. For the time being, please do not re-connect equality of natural numbers, python == (Z13533) or object equality of Natural numbers (Z15912) without careful consideration.
