- I am interested in writing functions regarding Malayalam language and Physics as well as Astronomy. I have robust knowledge in Python and good understanding of JavaScript. Also I am a member of Wikimedians of Kerala User Group and also an active contributor in Wikidata, Wikimedia Commons etc. Athulvis (talk) 14:40, 4 November 2024 (UTC)
Support, Athulvis' contributions to Malayalam functions would be helpful for the project, and it would be beneficial for them to have the tools to contribute. Feeglgeef (talk) 14:43, 4 November 2024 (UTC)

- Hello! I'm a functioneer on here, and you can find more about me on my User page. I would like the sysop tools to allow me to better contribute. I've created about 1/2 of the objects created since I started to become very active here (222). Though I am new, these tools would be helpful for my continued contribution to this project. I'd like to use the permissions for the Wikilambda side of things, and for the janitorial and anti-vandalism (though that is really uncommon here) things too. I am relatively new here, but I hope that my high volume and density of contributions will make up for that. I (think I) am in good standing with the community, but if you have anything specific to ask about, or questions in general, I'd be happy to answer them! Feeglgeef (talk) 03:14, 7 November 2024 (UTC)
Neutral It is early days but I consider the user to be a constructive contributor. I am inclined to think the request is a little premature, but I am open to persuasion if there are specific tasks that cannot be performed without the requested rights. GrounderUK (talk) 00:42, 9 November 2024 (UTC)
- The main reason I want this is because (at least by the measurements I use) I am the most active person here, even if that activity is relatively recent. I can just generally help around, with much faster response times and more actions preformed. I understand that this is a little premature, and I'd be ok with the rights not being granted the right because of that (I can always try again later). Feeglgeef (talk) 00:58, 9 November 2024 (UTC)
- My above comment isn't really an answer to your question but the specific permissions are "delete", "move", and "wikilambda-edit-object-type" for general maintenance, and "ipblock-exempt", because my VPN is global-blocked per Wikimedia policy. Feeglgeef (talk) 01:10, 9 November 2024 (UTC)
Oppose Missing experience and some concerns about User talk:Jdforrester (WMF)#Revert of my edit --Ameisenigel (talk) 10:04, 7 November 2024 (UTC)
- What concerns would those be? I still stand by that I am in the right there. Feeglgeef (talk) 14:04, 7 November 2024 (UTC)
- It seems like you want to apply a policy of another wiki on Wikifunctions. --Ameisenigel (talk) 22:35, 7 November 2024 (UTC)
- I'm saying that we have no policy, and I'd imagine the policy would be similar to enwiki. I guess it didn't come out how I wanted to, but that was what I had meant. Feeglgeef (talk) 23:01, 7 November 2024 (UTC)
- It was more to show that my edit was common sense, not that we should use this policy. Feeglgeef (talk) 23:03, 7 November 2024 (UTC)

- I've been asked to provide feedback here. I won't vote but here are some suggestions that I think you could consider to help a future proposal (no particular order):
- Continue to build a long term record of productive and collaborative contributions.
- Add links between multiple accounts.
- Reflect on and complete thoughts before pressing send.
- Don't put essays in mainspace if they are contested. Seek feedback to find out.
- Don't cite your own essays if they are contested.
I hope that helps. --99of9 (talk) 05:33, 9 November 2024 (UTC)
- I was waiting for someone to move the essays! When nobody did I assumed you guys were fine with them. Feeglgeef (talk) 20:32, 9 November 2024 (UTC)

- I want to request the right to become a Functioneer, so I can connect and disconnect my tests and implementation, I created some functions and translated pages in the wiki, and I believe understand-ed the way wikifunctions works, and I also can work with both python and javascript languages. Feeglgeef (talk) 21:55, 28 November 2024 (UTC)It is doubtful , you only have 13 mainspace creations, are you sure you need functioneer?
- @Bonnjalal00: Feeglgeef (talk) 21:57, 28 November 2024 (UTC)
- @Feeglgeef How much I need so I can work on it, because this user right will help me edit (improve them witch i can't now if the implementation is connected) my functions and to contribute with ease and increase the number of functions that i create.
- I focused on translating the content to my local language (in other namespaces) because I want other people in my community to join and contribute in this project, I will start contributing more to the mainspace. Bonnjalal00 (talk) 22:32, 28 November 2024 (UTC)
Support, I suppose I could have phrased that better. I just wanted to make sure you will wear your hat when you get it. All is well. Thanks! Feeglgeef (talk) 22:55, 28 November 2024 (UTC)
- @Feeglgeef I will do my best, thank you for your support. Bonnjalal00 (talk) 15:56, 29 November 2024 (UTC)
