What is a “correct” e-mail address anyway

Yeah. I was going to add some test cases roughly based on what Zod disallows, because email is, well, complicated, but I decided I'd check first: is this supposed to be a basic, validate that the email's "normal", or should it be according to RFC 5322 (I think that's right…)?
